Equipped with a self-supporting frame made of carbon steel plate, electro-welded and a soundproofed steel enclosure with a thickness between 1.5 and 4.5 mm for a solid structure and excellent sound insulation.
The exterior epoxy powder coating features a RAL6017 green cabin while the roof, base and panelboard are RAL7012 gray, ensuring a professional design. The interior is lined with sound-absorbing, water-repellent and oil-resistant polyurethane with EN13501-1, class B fire resistance.
Built-in muffler reduces noise by 35 dB(A) for quiet operation. Two lockable doors provide secure access, while the ventilation system handles cool and warm air. Lifting is facilitated by four eyebolts, ensuring convenience in transportation.

The Lovato RGK420SA is a compact control unit with 110x110 mm front frame, ideal for stand-alone gensets. It features 3 front keys and a 3-position mechanical key (OFF-ON-REM), which can be removed in the OFF and REM positions. The backlit LCD display ensures clear reading, while the 12 or 24 VDC power supply is protected against reverse polarity.
The controller monitors voltage (L1, L2, L3), frequency, apparent power, current, motor RPM and battery voltage. It stores the last 40 events and manages maintenance intervals.
Includes alarms for high engine temperature, low oil pressure, low fuel level, voltage or frequency abnormalities, failure to start, and exceeding maximum current, with automatic engine stop for protection.

Compact yet high-performance, the InteliLite AMF8 control unit enables automatic control of generators in emergency systems or continuous operation.
The 128x64 px backlit LCD display clearly displays all major parameters.
It can be supplied with voltages from 8 to 36 VDC, and incorporates drop-out protection up to 100 ms.
Measures voltage and current on all phases with 2% accuracy, on grid and generator.
Stores operating data and hours of operation, facilitating orderly maintenance.
Protections included include: overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, frequency anomaly, wrong phase rotation, and low fuel level, with automatic shutdown function.
Expandable via plug-in modules, it easily adapts to different industrial scenarios.

The manual switchboard includes the Lovato RGK420SA control unit, which ensures precise management and early warning of any anomalies. Electrical safety is ensured by CEE sockets, thermal-magnetic circuit breakers, fuses and an emergency button for quick intervention.

With the ComAp AMF8 control unit in the automatic panel box, the system can be constantly monitored and alarms handled in a timely manner. Electrical distribution is by a full power terminal block and a 4P circuit breaker, with additional support of a battery charger and fuses for complete protection.
