Energy s.r.l. pays the utmost attention to the compliance of its activities with current regulations, also in order to preserve the image and value of the Company.

 
The Companyà internal regulations describe the companyà objectives in terms of clearly defining roles and responsibilities, in compliance with legal provisions and customer rights inspired by principles of integrity, trust, responsibility, transparency, professionalism, and confidentiality.

  
In line with the above, the Company encourages Personnel and Third Parties (i.e., all parties with whom the Company has relations) who become aware of news of an unlawful or unethical act relevant to the Company to report it without fear of discrimination or retaliation. In compliance with the decree, the Company has provided for disciplinary sanctions against those who violate the measures for the protection of the reporter, as well as those who make with malice or gross negligence reports that turn out to be unfounded.

To this end, the Company has adopted and operates an internal reporting system (whistleblowing) in compliance with the legislation in force from time to time, which allows for a written whistleblowing (also anonymously) or record a voice message.

WHISTLEBLOWING FROM OTHER CHANNELS

. Confidentiality of the report is guaranteed even when it is made through channels other than those described.    
In particular, in addition to the aforementioned internal reporting channel, there are further means of reporting wrongdoing, when certain conditions expressly provided for in the regulations are met:

• external reporting, to be forwarded exclusively to’Autoritànazionale Anti Corruzione (ANAC). Please refer to the institutional website of the’Autorità (https://www.anticorruzione.it/-/whistleblowing) to take a look at the details regarding the modalities of management of reports of competence, in compliance with the regulatory provisions in force from time to time;

• public disclosure, i.e. through print or electronic media or otherwise through means of dissemination capable of reaching a large number of people (including social networks and new communication channels, e.g. Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram);

• the reporting to the competent national authorities, judicial and accounting, of unlawful conduct of which one è became aware in the work context.
