What needs does the Industrial ECO range meet?
The new Industrial ECO range by Energy, with power outputs from 70 to 1800 kVA, is designed for stand-by applications and stationary installations. It is an essential yet extremely reliable solution, developed to ensure operational continuity while offering an excellent quality/price ratio.
Equipped with non-emission-certified Hyundai, Iveco or Perkins engines and WEG alternators, the Industrial ECO range represents a concrete choice for all businesses requiring reliable power at competitive costs, while maintaining the high-quality standards that distinguish Energy.

INDUSTRIAL ECO RANGE FEATURES
The Industrial ECO range is designed to adapt to different operational and environmental needs. In addition to the standard versions, the series is also available in the following variants:

Industrial ECO TWIN, available with power outputs from 800 to 1650 kVA, characterized by the presence of two generators integrated within the same canopy, equipped with a paralleling panel with ComAp IG200 control panel. This configuration allows intelligent load management, improving efficiency in terms of fuel consumption and emissions, while offering greater operational flexibility.

Industrial ECO Super Silent, with power outputs from 70 to 750 kVA, designed for applications where it is necessary to minimize noise impact, such as urban areas or noise-sensitive environments.

CANOPY

INDUSTRIAL ECO TWIN – MAIN FUNCTIONS

INTELLIGENT LOAD MANAGEMENT
The TWIN configuration allows the use of one or both generating sets depending on the required power. This system optimizes fuel consumption and emissions compared to a single-engine generator of equivalent power.

OPERATIONAL REDUNDANCY
The two generators can operate in automatic or manual rotation between master and slave based on operating hours. This system evenly distributes machine usage, reducing wear and maintenance interventions.

AUTOMATIC BACKUP
In case of shutdown or fault of one of the two generating sets during operation, if the system is running with only one generator active (master), the other generator configured as slave (backup) automatically starts and takes over the load, ensuring continuity of power supply with a brief interruption.

SOUND INSULATION
Soundproof canopy with internal panels lined with high-density sound-absorbing material, designed to ensure high noise reduction and limit sound propagation to the outside.

HIGH-PERFORMANCE SILENCER
Residential-type silencer designed to achieve significant noise emission reduction and ensure quieter operation even in sensitive environments.

OPTIMIZED COOLING SYSTEM
Cooling system with ducted airflow, both in intake and exhaust, designed to improve thermal efficiency and contribute to the overall reduction of machine noise levels.
