The new Industrial ECO range from ENERGY, with power ratings ranging from 70 to 1,800 kVA, is designed for standby applications and stationary installations. It is a basic yet extremely reliable solution, developed to ensure operational continuity, while offering an excellent value for money.

Equipped with emission-free Hyundai, Iveco, or Perkins engines and WEG alternators, the Industrial ECO line is a practical choice for any organization that needs reliable power at competitive prices, while maintaining the high quality standards that set Energy apart.

FEATURES OF THE INDUSTRIAL ECO RANGE

The Industrial ECO range is designed to adapt to different operational and environmental needs. In addition to the standard versions, the series is also available in the following variants:

• Industrial ECO TWIN, available with power ratings from 800 to 1650 kVA, featuring two generating sets integrated within the same enclosure, equipped with a parallel control panel featuring a ComAp IG200 control unit. This configuration enables intelligent management of the electrical load, improving efficiency in terms of energy consumption and emissions while offering greater operational flexibility.
• Industrial ECO Super Silent, with power ratings ranging from 70 to 750 kVA, designed for applications where it is necessary to minimize noise impact, such as urban areas or noise-sensitive environments.

CONTROL CABIN

INDUSTRIAL ECO TWIN – MAIN FEATURES

INTELLIGENT LOAD MANAGEMENT

The TWIN configuration allows you to use one or both generating sets depending on the power required. This system allows you to optimize fuel consumption and emissions, compared to a single-engine generating set of the same power.

OPERATIONAL REDUNDANCY

The two generating sets can operate in automatic or manual rotation between master and slave based on operating hours. This system distributes the load evenly across the units, reducing wear and maintenance requirements.

AUTOMATIC BACKUP

In the event of a shutdown or malfunction of one of the two generating sets during operation, if the system is running with only one generating set active (master), the other generating set configured as the slave (backup) automatically starts up and takes over the load, ensuring uninterrupted power supply with only a brief interruption.

ACOUSTIC INSULATION

Soundproof enclosure with interior panels lined with high-density sound-absorbing material, designed to ensure high noise reduction and limit sound propagation to the outside.
