OUR PRODUCTION PROCESS
Energy is a company that, thanks to the twenty years of experience of its staff and continuous investments in research and innovation, offers high-quality standard or customized generating sets. With advanced expertise, it meets specific production needs, improving efficiency, functions, and technical quality of the products.

Research and Development
Research and Development are carried out internally; this is one of the key skills to ensure the design and industrialization of standard generating sets and to meet customer requirements when a customized product is needed.

Laser cutting
Fiber laser cutting guarantees high productivity, precision, and manufacturing flexibility. The frames of our generating sets are produced in our in-house Sheet Metal Processing department.

Sheet Metal Bending
Part of the production process within the Sheet Metal Processing department, we have both manual press brakes and those equipped with anthropomorphic robots to ensure high productivity.

Welding
Professional welding ensures strong and durable joints, essential for building our generating sets with the desired quality.

Industrial Painting
Epoxy powder coating provides a resistant and durable finish, protecting materials from wear and corrosion while enhancing the aesthetic appearance of the products.

Electrical Panel Production Department
The electrical panels of our generating sets are manufactured in our in-house Electrical Department, composed of a specialized and trained team, essential for the optimal and safe operation of the generating set.

Assembly
Energy devotes meticulous attention to assembly, ensuring that every component integrates perfectly to guarantee high-level performance and reliability.

Testing
All generating sets we produce are rigorously tested following internal procedures designed to check assembly quality, mechanical performance, and electrical functions.

Finishing and Packaging
Energy takes care of every detail in finishing and packaging, ensuring aesthetic, well-protected products, ready to meet the high-quality standards our customers expect when purchasing an Energy generating set.
QUALITY
One of Energy’s strengths has always been quality: from products to services, including company management. For this reason, in 2015 it decided to certify according to UNI EN ISO 9001:2015. This certification confirms that Energy operates in compliance with regulatory standards.

We have the energy needed to look to the future with courage, because our roots are firmly grounded in history.
Energy was born from a long family entrepreneurial experience and is a young company. For us, this has always been an advantage: knowing where we come from and having the enthusiasm of those who clearly know where they want to go has led us to export our products to more than 80 countries in the international market.
2003
FOUNDATION OF ENERGY
The official founding year of the company marks the beginning of a path dedicated to innovation and quality in the production of generating sets.
2007-2009
SUPPLY OF 2000 GENERATORS FOR THE MIDDLE EAST
In these years, the company establishes itself on an international scale, producing and delivering over 2000 mixed generators for the Middle Eastern market, consolidating technical and logistical expertise.
2011
TRANSFORMATION INTO A LIMITED COMPANY AND PRODUCTION EXPANSION
Energy evolves its corporate structure by becoming a Limited Company and invests in growth by acquiring a new production unit, laying the foundation for future expansion.
2018
ACQUISITION OF THREE NEW WAREHOUSES
Thanks to the acquisition of three additional adjacent industrial warehouses, the company triples its covered production space, thus meeting the growing demands of the market.
2019
AUTONOMY IN SHEET METAL STRUCTURE PRODUCTION
An in-house department for sheet metal processing is created, making Energy completely autonomous in the production of the metal structures required for its products.
2020
ELECTRICAL PANEL PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT
With the introduction of a dedicated department for the design and manufacturing of electrical panels, Energy becomes fully vertical, covering all production phases internally.
2021
AUTOMATION WITH THE FIRST ANTHROPOMORPHIC ROBOT
The company introduces its first anthropomorphic robot dedicated to sheet metal bending, significantly improving production capacity and process precision.
2022-2023-2024
COMMERCIAL EXPANSION AND ENTRY INTO NEW MARKETS
Energy expands its commercial presence, exploring new market segments and geographical areas, strengthening its position in the sector globally.

Managing Director of the company with 15 years of experience in the power unit industry. Visionary but extremely pragmatic, always innovation-oriented with roots firmly in the path taken so far, Marco runs the company 360°, following all phases of work. His primary goal è to constantly improve all the operational areas of Energy, to offer customers only services and products that always look to the future.
