Equipped with a self-supporting frame made of carbon steel plate, electro-welded and a soundproofed steel enclosure with a thickness between 1.5 and 4.5 mm for a solid structure and excellent sound insulation.
The exterior epoxy powder coating features a RAL6017 green cabin while the roof, base and panelboard are RAL7012 gray, ensuring a professional design. The interior is lined with sound-absorbing, water-repellent and oil-resistant polyurethane with EN13501-1, class B fire resistance.
Built-in muffler reduces noise by 35 dB(A) for quiet operation. Two lockable doors provide secure access, while the ventilation system handles cool and warm air. Lifting is facilitated by four eyebolts, ensuring convenience in transportation.

The Lovato RGK420SA is a compact control unit with 110x110 mm front frame, ideal for stand-alone gensets. It features 3 front keys and a 3-position mechanical key (OFF-ON-REM), which can be removed in the OFF and REM positions. The backlit LCD display ensures clear reading, while the 12 or 24 VDC power supply is protected against reverse polarity.
The controller monitors voltage (L1, L2, L3), frequency, apparent power, current, motor RPM and battery voltage. It stores the last 40 events and manages maintenance intervals.
Includes alarms for high engine temperature, low oil pressure, low fuel level, voltage or frequency abnormalities, failure to start, and exceeding maximum current, with automatic engine stop for protection.

The ComAp InteliLite AMF8 control unit is ideal for automatic management of gensets in both emergency and continuous use settings. The backlit display with 128x64 px resolution enables sharp data display.
Powered with a range of 8 to 36 VDC, it features drop-out protection of up to 100 milliseconds, ensuring consistent performance.
It takes accurate readings on three-phase voltage and current, both grid-side and generator-side.
It records hours of operation and events useful for technical management.
Protections include: alarms for overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, frequency anomalies, incorrect phase rotation, and critical fuel level, resulting in automatic shutdown of the unit.
It is compatible with plug-in modules, ideal for applications requiring scalability and accuracy.
