Equipped with a self-supporting frame made of carbon steel plate, electro-welded and a soundproofed steel enclosure with a thickness between 1.5 and 4.5 mm for a solid structure and excellent sound insulation.
The exterior epoxy powder coating features a RAL6017 green cabin while the roof, base and panelboard are RAL7012 gray, ensuring a professional design. The interior is lined with sound-absorbing, water-repellent and oil-resistant polyurethane with EN13501-1, class B fire resistance.
Built-in muffler reduces noise by 35 dB(A) for quiet operation. Two lockable doors provide secure access, while the ventilation system handles cool and warm air. Lifting is facilitated by four eyebolts, ensuring convenience in transportation.

The Lovato RGK420SA is a compact control unit with 110x110 mm front frame, ideal for stand-alone gensets. It features 3 front keys and a 3-position mechanical key (OFF-ON-REM), which can be removed in the OFF and REM positions. The backlit LCD display ensures clear reading, while the 12 or 24 VDC power supply is protected against reverse polarity.
The control unit monitors voltage (L1, L2, L3), frequency, apparent power, current, motor rpm, and battery voltage. It stores the last 40 events and manages maintenance intervals.
Includes alarms for high engine temperature, low oil pressure, low fuel level, voltage or frequency abnormalities, failure to start, and exceeding maximum current, with automatic engine stop for protection.

The AMF8 InteliLite control unit enables automated control of gensets operating in stand-by or as a primary source.
With its 128x64 px backlit display, the user always has a clear view of key parameters.
It is compatible with DC supplies from 8 to 36 VDC and features protection against short-duration drop-outs (up to 100 ms).
It monitors three-phase, on-grid and generator voltage and current with high accuracy.
It integrates log functions for recording events and hours of operation, useful for efficient maintenance management.
Protections offered include alarms for electrical anomalies, such as over/undervoltage, overcurrent and irregular frequency, as well as phase sequence and fuel level monitoring.
The modular architecture, with the possibility of expansion via plug-in, expands the functionality according to the needs of the plant.
