The ComAp AMF-25 is a control unit designed for the automatic control of generator sets, with a front panel measuring 210x150 mm. The interface, equipped with front-panel buttons, allows for simple and intuitive operation, while the backlit LCD display ensures a clear view of all operating parameters. The 12- or 24-VDC power supply is protected against reverse polarity, ensuring safety and reliability even under harsh conditions.
The control unit provides complete monitoring of key operating parameters, including voltage (L1, L2, L3), frequency, apparent power, current, engine speed, and battery voltage. It also features an event log with a capacity of up to 350 entries and programmable maintenance management, facilitating the monitoring and organization of service interventions.
The system includes a comprehensive range of alarms and protections, such as high engine temperature, low oil pressure, low fuel level, grid anomalies, failure to start, and overload. Each alarm can be customized and configured to trigger automatic shutdown of the generator set.
The ability to integrate up to two optional modules for remote control allows for expanding the control unit’s functionality, making it a flexible solution suitable for various applications.
