The Lovato RGK420SA is a compact control unit with a 110x110 mm front panel, ideal for stand-alone generator sets. It features 3 front buttons and a 3-position mechanical key (OFF-ON-REM), which can be removed in the OFF and REM positions. The backlit LCD display ensures clear readability, while the 12- or 24-VDC power supply is protected against reverse polarity.
The control unit monitors voltage (L1, L2, L3), frequency, apparent power, current, engine RPM, and battery voltage. It stores the last 40 events and manages maintenance intervals.
It includes alarms for high engine temperature, low oil pressure, low fuel level, voltage or frequency anomalies, failed start, and maximum current exceeded, with automatic engine shutdown for protection.
