Equipped with a self-supporting frame made of carbon steel plate, electro-welded and a soundproofed steel enclosure with a thickness between 1.5 and 4.5 mm for a solid structure and excellent sound insulation.
The exterior epoxy powder coating features a RAL6017 green cabin while the roof, base and panelboard are RAL7012 gray, ensuring a professional design. The interior is lined with sound-absorbing, water-repellent and oil-resistant polyurethane with EN13501-1, class B fire resistance.
Built-in muffler reduces noise by 35 dB(A) for quiet operation. Two lockable doors provide secure access, while the ventilation system handles cool and warm air. Lifting is facilitated by four eyebolts, ensuring convenient transportation.

The Lovato RGK420SA is a compact control unit with 110x110 mm front frame, ideal for stand-alone gensets. It features 3 front keys and a 3-position mechanical key (OFF-ON-REM), which can be removed in the OFF and REM positions. The backlit LCD display ensures clear reading, while the 12 or 24 VDC power supply is protected against reverse polarity.
The control unit monitors voltage (L1, L2, L3), frequency, apparent power, current, motor rpm, and battery voltage. It stores the last 40 events and manages maintenance intervals.
Includes alarms for high engine temperature, low oil pressure, low fuel level, voltage or frequency abnormalities, failure to start, and exceeding maximum current, with automatic engine stop for protection.

The InteliLite AMF8 control unit is designed for automatic control of gensets, both in power backup and primary production.
It features a 128x64-pixel, backlit LCD display for easy reading of key operating parameters.
It supports a wide power supply range (8-36 VDC) and is drop-out resistant up to 100 milliseconds, maintaining continuity of operation.
Performs accurate (±2%) monitoring of three-phase current and voltage, on both sides: grid and group.
Records operating logs and hours of use, facilitating maintenance.
Incorporates protections for critical events, including over/undervoltage, out-of-threshold frequencies, overcurrent, phase rotation error and low fuel level, with automatic motor shutdown.
With plug-in expansion capability, it easily adapts to dynamic industrial settings.

The manual switchboard is equipped with a Lovato RGK420SA control unit, which integrates comprehensive instrumentation and an alarm system to constantly monitor operation and intervene quickly in case of anomalies.
It has a 400V 5P 32A CEE outlet and a 230V 3P 16A CEE outlet, both protected by 4P 32A and 2P 16A circuit breakers, respectively, to offer high protection against overloads and short circuits. It is also equipped with an easily accessible emergency stop button and fuses, providing additional system protection.

Electrical distribution is handled through a full-power terminal block, eliminating the need for CEE sockets, while protection is provided by a 32A 4P circuit breaker.
Included features include a battery charger to keep the batteries operational at all times, an easily accessible emergency button, and fuses for additional system protection.
