Robust construction thanks to a 2.5 mm electro-welded, pickled steel self-supporting frame, combined with a 1.5 mm soundproof steel enclosure that ensures durability and long-term protection.
The RAL6017 exterior polyester powder coating with a textured finish (70–80 microns) offers high resistance to weathering and a professional appearance. The 100-liter internal fuel tank with a spill containment basin ensures safety and range.
The interior lining, made of sound-absorbing, water-repellent, and oil-resistant polyurethane, complies with EN13501-1 Class B. The integrated residential-style muffler reduces noise by up to 35 dB(A).
The two doors with padlockable locks ensure secure access, while the electrical panel on the short side is protected by a door with a viewing window (automatic versions). Efficient ventilation and lifting via four eyebolts complete the structure, along with feet designed for mounting.

It features 3 front buttons and a 3-position mechanical key (OFF-ON-REM), which can be removed in the OFF and REM positions. The backlit LCD display ensures clear readability, while the 12 or 24 VDC power supply is protected against reverse polarity.
The control unit monitors voltage (L1, L2, L3), frequency, apparent power, current, engine RPM, and battery voltage. It stores the last 40 events and manages maintenance intervals.
It includes alarms for high engine temperature, low oil pressure, low fuel level, voltage or frequency anomalies, failed start, and maximum current exceeded, with automatic engine shutdown for protection.
