Equipped with a self-supporting frame made of carbon steel plate, electro-welded and a soundproofed steel enclosure with a thickness between 1.5 and 4.5 mm for a solid structure and excellent sound insulation.
The exterior epoxy powder coating features a RAL6017 green cabin while the roof, base and panelboard are RAL7012 gray, ensuring a professional design. The interior is lined with sound-absorbing, water-repellent and oil-resistant polyurethane with EN13501-1, class B fire resistance.
Built-in muffler reduces noise by 35 dB(A) for quiet operation. Two lockable doors provide secure access, while the ventilation system handles cool and warm air. Lifting is facilitated by four eyebolts, ensuring convenience in transportation.

The Lovato RGK420SA is a compact control unit with 110x110 mm front frame, ideal for stand-alone gensets. It features 3 front keys and a 3-position mechanical key (OFF-ON-REM), which can be removed in the OFF and REM positions. The backlit LCD display ensures clear reading, while the 12 or 24 VDC power supply is protected against reverse polarity.
The control unit monitors voltage (L1, L2, L3), frequency, apparent power, current, motor rpm, and battery voltage. It stores the last 40 events and manages maintenance intervals.
Includes alarms for high engine temperature, low oil pressure, low fuel level, voltage or frequency abnormalities, failure to start, and exceeding maximum current, with automatic engine stop for protection.

The InteliLite AMF8 control unit is a compact and advanced device for automatic control of gensets in both stand-by and prime power modes. The 128x64-pixel backlit display ensures clear and intuitive reading of all essential parameters.
Compatible with power supplies from 8 to 36 VDC, it features drop-out protection up to 100 ms, ensuring stability and continuity of operation even in critical conditions. It monitors with 2% accuracy voltage and current on all three phases, both grid-side and generator-side.
The AMF8 records events and hours of operation, simplifying maintenance management. Built-in protections include alarms for overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, abnormal frequency, incorrect phase rotation and low fuel level, with automatic shutdown of the unit in case of critical conditions.
