The sound-insulated version of the generator set consists of a 2.5mm-thick sheet metal base that is fully welded and coated with epoxy powder paint, and a sound-insulated enclosure made of 1.5mm-thick sheet metal painted with RAL6017 green epoxy powder paint, while the roof, base, and electrical panel are painted RAL7012 gray. The certified central lifting hook, the four maintenance doors on the long sides with dedicated locks, the 30-liter internal fuel tank, the compact dimensions, and a fully configurable electrical panel make this version the ideal solution both for professionals who need a compact generator set and for end users requiring emergency power for private residences.

The EY-7MDE-S model’s electrical panel, available with or without an AVR, includes two 3-pole 230V CEE outlets: one rated at 32A and one at 16A, as well as a 230V Schuko outlet. All outlets are equipped with an integrated circuit breaker and a protective breaker that cuts off the circuit in the event of a fault. This model comes standard with protective fuses, an emergency stop button, the Deep Sea DSE3110 control unit, an on/off switch for the control unit, and a full set of instruments including a voltmeter, hour meter, frequency meter, battery voltage indicator, and RPM gauge. The included alarms cover: failure to start/stop, low oil pressure, high engine temperature, excessive or insufficient engine RPM, low fuel level, high or low voltage and frequency, and high or low battery voltage.

Energy supplied a generator from the ACTIVE EY-7MDE-SA series with a MAN/AUTO control panel to provide emergency power to the server room of a security company in Poland. Installed on the building’s roof, the generator ensures uninterrupted power in the event of a blackout, protecting critical infrastructure and guaranteeing service continuity.

These generating sets are suitable for powering any type of equipment, provided it remains within the generator’s power output limits. If the generating set is used to power electronic devices (TVs, computers, inverter welders, etc.), we recommend the optional automatic voltage regulator (AVR). Although the soundproof enclosure is suitable for outdoor use, for any permanent installations, we recommend installing a canopy if the generating set is not placed in a dedicated room. The 3,000 RPM models are suitable for intermittent use. Improper use of the generating set can cause the engine to overheat and lead to wear on various components. Any damage caused by improper use of the generating set will not be covered by the warranty.
