Equipped with a self-supporting frame made of carbon steel plate, electro-welded and a soundproofed steel enclosure with a thickness between 1.5 and 4.5 mm for a solid structure and excellent sound insulation.
The exterior epoxy powder coating features a RAL6017 green cabin while the roof, base and panelboard are RAL7012 gray, ensuring a professional design. The interior is lined with sound-absorbing, water-repellent and oil-resistant polyurethane with EN13501-1, class B fire resistance.
Built-in muffler reduces noise by 35 dB(A) for quiet operation. Four lockable doors provide secure access, while the ventilation system handles cool and warm air. Lifting is facilitated by two eyebolts, ensuring convenience in transportation.

COMAP AMF25
The ComAp AMF-25 is a control unit designed for automatic gensets, with a front frame of 210x150 mm. It has front buttons for easy and intuitive navigation. The backlit LCD display provides clear and immediate readout, while the 12 or 24 VDC power supply is protected against reverse polarity, ensuring reliability.
The control unit monitors key parameters such as voltage (L1, L2, L3), frequency, apparent power, current, motor RPM, battery voltage, etc.. It stores up to 350 events and allows management of maintenance intervals, facilitating diagnostics and operational planning.
It integrates alarms for high engine temperature, low oil pressure, low fuel level, voltage or frequency anomalies, failure to start, exceeding maximum current, etc. Each alarm can be configured to trigger engine shutdown.
Up to two optional remote control modules can be added, increasing the versatility of the device.

The ComAp AMF25 control unit, integrated into the automatic system, offers advanced and precise control, while the high-capacity terminal block and 4-pole circuit breaker ensure safe and reliable electrical management. A battery charger and emergency button complete the system, ensuring maximum protection during operation.
