Equipped with a self-supporting frame made of 2.5 mm electro-welded pickled steel sheet and a 1.5 mm steel soundproof enclosure, it guarantees sturdiness, reliability, and long-lasting durability.
The RAL6017 exterior polyester powder coating with a textured finish (70–80 microns) ensures high resistance to weathering and a professional design. The 55-liter internal fuel tank, complete with a spill containment basin, guarantees safety and adequate operational range.
The interior is lined with sound-absorbing polyurethane featuring a water- and oil-repellent finish, compliant with EN13501-1 Class B standards. The integrated residential-style muffler reduces noise by up to 35 dB(A), ensuring quiet operation.
Two padlockable doors facilitate safe access, while the electrical panel, located on the short side, is protected by a dedicated door with a viewing window in the automatic versions. The ventilation system effectively manages air intake and exhaust. Lifting is facilitated by four eyebolts, and the pre-installed feet allow for stable anchoring to the ground.

The Lovato RGK420SA is a compact control unit with a 110x110 mm front panel, ideal for stand-alone generator sets. It features 3 front buttons and a 3-position mechanical key (OFF-ON-REM), which can be removed in the OFF and REM positions. The backlit LCD display ensures clear readability, while the 12- or 24-VDC power supply is protected against reverse polarity.
The control unit monitors voltage (L1, L2, L3), frequency, apparent power, current, engine RPM, and battery voltage. It stores the last 40 events and manages maintenance intervals.
It includes alarms for high engine temperature, low oil pressure, low fuel level, voltage or frequency anomalies, failed start, and maximum current exceeded, with automatic engine shutdown for protection.
