A self-supporting frame made of 2.5 mm electro-welded pickled steel and a 1.5 mm soundproof enclosure ensure a solid and durable structure.
The exterior finish of textured RAL6017 polyester powder coating (70–80 microns) guarantees weather resistance and a professional appearance. 100-liter internal tank with integrated spill containment basin.
Internal lining made of sound-absorbing, water-repellent, and oil-resistant polyurethane, certified to EN13501-1 Class B. Integrated muffler with noise reduction of up to 35 dB(A).
Two padlockable doors facilitate access; electrical panel on the short side with a viewing window in automatic versions. A ventilation system, eyebolts, and mounting feet complete the unit.

The Lovato RGK420SA is a compact control unit with a 110x110 mm front bezel, ideal for stand-alone generator sets. It features 3 front buttons and a 3-position mechanical key (OFF-ON-REM), which can be removed in the OFF and REM positions. The backlit LCD display ensures clear readability, while the 12 or 24 VDC power supply is protected against reverse polarity.
The control unit monitors voltage (L1, L2, L3), frequency, apparent power, current, engine RPM, and battery voltage. It stores the last 40 events and manages maintenance intervals.
It includes alarms for high engine temperature, low oil pressure, low fuel level, voltage or frequency anomalies, failed start, and maximum current exceeded, with automatic engine shutdown for protection.
