The unit features a self-supporting frame made of 2.5 mm electro-welded pickled steel and a soundproof enclosure made of 1.5 mm steel, ensuring durability and long-term reliability.
The exterior finish consists of a textured RAL6017 polyester powder coating (70–80 microns), which protects against the elements and enhances the unit’s aesthetic appeal. The 100-liter tank with a spill containment basin ensures operational safety.
Inside, the sound-absorbing polyurethane—treated to be water- and oil-repellent—is certified to EN13501-1 Class B. The integrated muffler reduces noise by up to 35 dB(A).
Two doors with padlockable locks provide convenient access, while the side-mounted electrical panel is protected by a door with a viewing window. An optimized ventilation system, lifting eyes, and mounting feet complete the system.

The Lovato RGK420SA is a compact control unit with a 110x110 mm front panel, ideal for stand-alone generator sets. It features 3 front buttons and a 3-position mechanical key (OFF-ON-REM), which can be removed in the OFF and REM positions. The backlit LCD display ensures clear readability, while the 12- or 24-VDC power supply is protected against reverse polarity.
The control unit monitors voltage (L1, L2, L3), frequency, apparent power, current, engine RPM, and battery voltage. It stores the last 40 events and manages maintenance intervals.
It includes alarms for high engine temperature, low oil pressure, low fuel level, voltage or frequency anomalies, failed start, and maximum current exceeded, with automatic engine shutdown for protection.
