The structure features a self-supporting frame made of 2.5 mm electro-welded pickled steel and a 1.5 mm soundproof enclosure, ensuring reliability and durability.
The RAL6017 textured polyester powder coat finish (70–80 microns) provides external protection and a professional appearance. The 100-liter fuel tank with a spill containment basin ensures safety and operational autonomy.
The interior is lined with sound-absorbing, water-repellent, and oil-resistant polyurethane, compliant with EN13501-1 Class B. Integrated muffler with noise reduction of up to 35 dB(A).
Two padlockable doors, a side electrical panel with a viewing window, efficient ventilation, four eyebolts, and mounting feet complete the system.

The Lovato RGK420SA is a compact control unit with a 110x110 mm front bezel, ideal for stand-alone generator sets. It features 3 front buttons and a 3-position mechanical key (OFF-ON-REM), which can be removed in the OFF and REM positions. The backlit LCD display ensures clear readability, while the 12 or 24 VDC power supply is protected against reverse polarity.
The control unit monitors voltage (L1, L2, L3), frequency, apparent power, current, engine RPM, and battery voltage. It stores the last 40 events and manages maintenance intervals.
It includes alarms for high engine temperature, low oil pressure, low fuel level, voltage or frequency anomalies, failed start, and maximum current exceeded, with automatic engine shutdown for protection.
