Extremely robust structure thanks to the self-supporting frame made of electro-welded carbon steel with a minimum thickness of 6 mm, combined with a soundproof enclosure ranging from 2 to 9 mm in thickness, ensuring strength and long-term durability.
The RAL6017 finish, applied with textured polyester powder coating (70–80 microns), protects against the elements and provides a professional appearance. The 400-liter fuel tank with a spill containment basin ensures operational autonomy and safety.
Sound-absorbing polyurethane interior lining compliant with EN13501-1 Class B. Integrated muffler with noise reduction of up to 35 dB(A).
Four doors with padlockable locks ensure convenient access, while the electrical panel on the long side is equipped with a door featuring a viewing window. Efficient ventilation, four eyebolts, and mounting feet complete the unit.

The ComAp AMF-25 is a control unit designed for automatic generator sets, with a front panel measuring 210x150 mm. It features front-panel buttons for simple and intuitive navigation. The backlit LCD display ensures clear and immediate readability, while the 12 or 24 VDC power supply is protected against polarity reversal, ensuring reliability.
The control unit monitors key parameters such as voltage (L1, L2, L3), frequency, apparent power, current, engine RPM, battery voltage, etc. It stores up to 350 events and allows for the management of maintenance intervals, facilitating diagnostics and operational planning.
It includes alarms for high engine temperature, low oil pressure, low fuel level, voltage or frequency anomalies, failed startup, exceeding maximum current, etc. Each alarm can be configured to trigger engine shutdown.
Up to two optional modules for remote control can be added, increasing the device’s versatility.

INDUSTRIAL EY-800B-SA Generator Set for Power Continuity at the Port of Venice
Energy supplied an 800 kVA INDUSTRIAL EY-800B-SA generator set for the Cold Ironing project in the Port of Venice. Used as an emergency and backup power system, the generator set ensures uninterrupted power supply to the transformer substations and quay systems in the event of voltage fluctuations or outages in the main grid, supporting the electrification and decarbonization of the port infrastructure.

These generating sets are designed to power any type of equipment, within the generator’s power limits.
Although the soundproof enclosure is suitable for outdoor use, for fixed installations, we recommend installing a canopy if the generating set is not placed in a dedicated room.
The 1,500 rpm models are suitable for continuous operation. For extended use lasting several days or more, we recommend consulting our technical staff to ensure you select the appropriate power rating.
