The sound-insulated version of the generator set consists of a 2.5mm-thick sheet metal base that is fully welded and coated with epoxy powder paint, and a sound-insulated enclosure made of 1.5mm-thick sheet metal painted with RAL6017 green epoxy powder paint, while the roof, base, and electrical panel are painted RAL7012 gray. The certified central lifting hook, the four maintenance doors on the long sides with dedicated locks, the 30-liter internal fuel tank, the compact dimensions, and a fully configurable electrical panel make this version the ideal solution both for professionals who need a compact generator set and for end users requiring emergency power for private residences.

The electrical panel of the EY-7TDE-S model, available with or without AVR, is equipped with a 5-pole 400V CEE outlet and a 3-pole 230V CEE outlet, both rated at 16A. Each outlet is equipped with a circuit breaker and a protective switch that automatically trips to interrupt the circuit in the event of a fault. As standard, the model is equipped with protective fuses, an emergency stop button, the Deep Sea DSE3110 control unit, an on/off switch for the control unit, and a complete set of instruments including a voltmeter, hour meter, frequency meter, battery voltage indicator, and RPM gauge. The built-in alarms include: failure to start/stop, low oil pressure, high engine temperature, excessive or insufficient engine RPM, low fuel level, high or low voltage and frequency, and high or low battery voltage.

These generating sets are suitable for powering any type of equipment, provided it remains within the generator’s power output limits. If the generating set is used to power electronic devices (TVs, computers, inverter welders, etc.), we recommend the optional automatic voltage regulator (AVR). Although the soundproof enclosure is suitable for outdoor use, for any permanent installations, we recommend installing a canopy if the generating set is not placed in a dedicated room. The 3,000 RPM models are suitable for intermittent use. Improper use of the generating set can cause the engine to overheat and lead to wear on various components. Any damage caused by improper use of the generating set will not be covered by the warranty.
